Last year, I thought that this week I would be going on a new adventure: I’d be riding my pink Felt road bike from San Francisco to L.A. on the 8-day, 525-mile epic journey called the California Coast Classic, which is a major fundraiser for the Arthritis Foundation. Then, COVID-19 happened, and the official event was canceled, and I ended up with an 8-day staycation. I used the time to discover something about myself.
